Lucas Sempé is a research fellow at the Institute of Global Health and Development. His expertisse and research interests include policy evaluations across low- and middle- income countries in areas such as health, education and social protection. He currently leads the quantitative evaluation of the REDRESS intervention, which focuses on access and quality of care for patients with skin NTDs (leprosy, buruli ulcer, etc.) in Liberia.
